OCCUPATIONAL &

THERAPY SERVICES

Using the Request for Proposal (RFP) method of procurement, Calallen Independent School District (the District) is soliciting Proposals from qualified vendors to deliver occupational & therapy services to designated district students.

Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP from Blair McDavid by email at bmcdavid@calallen.org. The deadline for receipt of proposals is Thursday, 2:00 PM, April 22, 2021. Proposals submitted without the proper forms or after the deadline, will not be considered. Mailed or hand delivered responses are acceptable. Faxed copies will not be accepted.

The initial contract award will be for three (3) years with the option to renew an additional four (4) years for successful service delivery. Contract extensions will be granted in (1) year increments.
